The PRIME series from truEnergy is a collection of simple but popular spotlights for the GU 5.3 bulb. The series is represented by models in various colors with a rotating or static body. You can choose a model in chrome, white, satin-nickel or copper. Each bulb is made of thick, durable steel and comes in branded boxes with a competent description and installation illustration. The kit of each bulb includes a lamp housing for recessed mounting, a GU 5.3 bulb holder and a product passport.
The design of the model
Spotlights have a solid steel body with a simple spring attachment. After installation, the recessed luminaires of the PRIME series are located on the back side of the ceiling, and only the outer frame of the bulb remains outside. The light bulb with the rest of the mechanism is also located behind the canvas. There is a rim along the outer edge of the bulb frame, which allows you to hide the thermal ring when installed in a stretch ceiling.
Rotary recessed luminaires, like non-rotating models, have a bulb lock that imperceptibly holds the bulb in the lamp body.
A light bulb for a built-in lamp of the Prime series
The metal spot lamp works with an MR16 bulb with a GU 5.3 base. Please note that the bulb is NOT INCLUDED in the PACKAGE, but it can be found in our assortment: with a choice of color temperatures and power.
If you decide to install a non-LED bulb, then it must be borne in mind that the maximum permissible lamp power is 35W. Also remember that it is better to use LED bulbs for stretch ceilings, because they do not heat up.
Where to use the recessed luminaires of the Prime series
Almost no interior can do without spotlights today. The field of use of embedded points is surprising in its diversity. Such small round metal lamps can be used in any interior:
- in the kitchen - to divide into zones or to illuminate the work area;
- in the bathroom - as an additional illumination of the area above the mirror;
- in the children's room – for zoning and directional lighting of the work area
- in the corridor and pantry – to organize uniform lighting in rooms of different shapes
